Where is she now?

At this particular moment I am sitting in a charming, slightly grungy yet artistic 24 hour coffee shop in downtown Lawrence. My path to get here, however, has not been easy but I can easily state that life since high school has been fun and crazy and definitely a journey I've enjoyed taking. After high school I went to school at George Mason University (geographically located a bit outside Washington D.C.) from there due to financial situations I could talk about for HOURS I transferred here to KU and am currently working on my B.F.A in painting. On a more personal level, however, I have grown exponentially since high school. I know that I probably talked a lot about how much I wanted to "escape" JOCO and everything that there was to do with it during high school, after actually doing just that, it really changed me, as a person - for the better definitely. So back to the question, now: I am a girl/woman who has tapped into some inner confidence and is learning how to take life's punches and roll with them / and who trys to take advantage of any adventures along the way.
